We received the results of Kaleb's allergy tests yesterday, taken in an attempt to get a handle on his migraines. It appears he is highly allergic to eggs, citrus fruits, garlic, wheat/spelt and moderately allergic to milk and soy. I'm so verythankful for some answers and have high hopes that we can finally free this boy of his migraines. However, I am also feeling a bit overwhelmed by the challenge these allergies pose in meal planning and prep. If you have any suggestions or experience with food allergies that you might be willing to share, I can't tell you how much I would appreciate it! Thank you!

Oh, I'm glad you found out, and sorry too. I have experience cooking gluten free, as I've done it for Erik at times. I don't see a link to your email address, but if you email me I can send you some info I've put together. zephyrlily7 at yahoo dot com.
And the camping trip looks amazing!

Wow, that's going to be challenging, but I think once you learn the ropes it will be just one more thing you are used to doing.
When you have time you might want to bop on over to http://www.akwellspring.com/ and read around. The book Biblical Foundations of Freedom is very insightful. A very good friend of mine was COMPLETELY and immediately healed of all her allergies (she was allergic to 95% of foods and chemicals) her after learning some of these principles.
