Migraine-free for thirteen days.....but who's counting? (;
I'd do just about anything to free my 6 year old spit-fire of his migraines. Cooking without egg, dairy, gluten, citrus and garlic is nothing short of an adventure!

We have done the wheat free and dairy free. It isn't impossible just learning like you said. I suggest Tinkyada rice pasta and Country Life Vegetarian Cookbook (both from Azure food order). FYI on wheat free baked goods. They get stale quickly so plan to eat them right away. Can he have oats? I do pancakes with 1/2 oats and 1/2 grain (spelt or buckwheat) and all oat muffins. How about egg yolks. The white are usually the high allergen part. Good luck!!
